Dear Pastors and Christian Workers,                                                     

The Gospel tract ministry is a wonderful job!  Everywhere I go I am blessed to see what God is doing and has done through the Fellowship Tract League.  It is truly a miracle that God has allowed 3.6 Billion tracts to be printed free of charge!  Many missionaries have shared with me the blessing of receiving a shipment of tracts on the field.  The best stories are the people who share how they have gotten saved through a gospel tract! I have been in 25 states and in 52 different churches so far this year, and it is amazing to see the far-reaching influence of the tract ministry.

In my last letter I mentioned Farren Road Baptist Church for prayer with a pastor search.  Praise the Lord,  I was able to connect them with Bro. Dave Seifert.  He was recently extended a call by 100% vote.  I believe that he is going to do great things for the Lord with that church.   They have had a number of visitors and have already begun some exciting things at the church.  Please pray for their upcoming revival in November.

In September I was blessed to spend a week in Pine Bluff, AR, at Victory Baptist Church.  Our goal was to put door hangers on as many doors as possible.  In spite of almost nonstop rain, we were able to cover over 1, 000 doors during the week.  Thanks to Twin Cities Baptist Temple youth group and other volunteers for helping us.

Please pray for the Twin Cities Baptist Temple in Wake Village, TX.  Pastor Charles Trull had open heart surgery a few days ago and is now recovering at home.  Also, three other men in the church had heart surgery during the same period.  I have been preaching on Sunday mornings for them, but pray that Pastor Trull can recover quickly and get back to leading the church. 

Well, I wish that I had some great news about my health.  I have still not been fully diagnosed but the doctors are thinking that it could be something serious.  I am still undergoing tests to determine exactly what it is.  Thank you to all of those that have been steadily praying, and for all the phone calls of encouragement.  Please  pray for my family as we face these new challenges.  It is so hard to keep everyone informed as I should so I will do my best to keep everyone informed through email and my blog: sethbucknerfamily.blogspot.com.  For those of you that have committed to help with our Honduras Mission trip,  we continue to wait on the unrest there to settle down, but the stability of my health is a consideration as well.  We have been looking at going in the spring, but we will keep everyone updated on the trip.  

Please keep our support in our prayers.  I have some churches that have committed to support in the future, so please pray that God will send it in.  If you are considering support, it would be a wonderful blessing to our family.  Will you pray about being a partner with us in the ministry?

I am looking for a good table-top copy machine.  I have so much paperwork that I need to print, that I am spending a fortune printing on my little home printer.  I have also burned up a couple of printers.  If you know of a copier that would be available, or would like to donate one, it would be a great help to the ministry. 

I have no complaints about serving the Lord!  I have been with the Fellowship Tract League for a year, and I would not trade one minute of that time.  I have seen God work in some amazing ways that I had only read about in books.  I have seen many people come to know the Lord the services I have been in.  I have seen God strengthen the faith of my family.  I have seen God strengthen my prayer life and my Bible study.  I have been able to distribute thousands of tracts across the USA this year.  I pray that this letter will challenge you to get excited about what God can do with you personally as well as the ministry that you are involved in.
