DOING MORE IN THANSGIVING

Doing More than we have ever done before
I. Doing More Shows a Missionary Heart
1. When we are Thankful, we WITNESS
Proverbs 11:30 The fruit of the Righteous (Tell about fruit Basket)
2. When we are Thankful, we WEEP
That doesn’t mean we go around crying all the time, it is more in our heart.
Psalms 126:5-6 “They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.”
3. When we are Thankful, we WALK with God

II. Doing More Shows a Meek Christian (The fruit of the spirit)
1. Have the Right Judgment Psalms 25:9 “The meek will he guide in judgment: and the meek will he teach his way.”
2. Have the Right Joy Isaiah 29:19 “The meek also shall increase their joy in the Lord, and the poor among men shall rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.”
III. Doing More Shows a Mature Leader (Psalms 1 is a story of a leader)
1. We Need thankful Leaders in the Church
Be a leader in thankfulness
How thankful are you for your family? Do More
Write cards, go out of your way! Do More!

IV. Doing More Shows our Mighty God.
I Cor 15:57 “But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”

2. Gives us Healing
